Reserva Ecologica Vicente Lopez is an outdoor preserve that covers an area of nearly 3.5 hectares and encompasses eight natural environments. The swamp, the felling, the sauzal, the marginal jungle, the lagoon comprising of floating vegetation, the pasture, the juncal and the coastal scrub are all its parts. There’s a wooden walkway and upon visiting, visitors would be able to observe an extensive range of plant and animal species that are native to the platanian riverside. There’s also an interpretation centre at the Reserva Ecologica Vicente Lopez that facilitates environmental education. A lot of people visit the reserve to learn more about the conservation of biological resources and for recreation purposes.
