Located amidst the picturesque forests, the Laxman Siddh temple is a beautiful place away from the city. The walk to the temple is very charming, as the path is surrounded by thick deciduous vegetation. One can also spot a large variety of birds in their natural habitat here. Many monkeys can be spotted surrounding the temple as well. The temple has a mythological significance as well- It is said to be the place where Laxman sought forgiveness after slaying Ravana. It is named after Sant Swami Laxman Siddh, who lived here and was cremated here as well. Every Sunday, there is a local fair here, and villagers and tribals flock to this place in large numbers.
