The Mount Washington tour on Lake Winnipesaukee is an excellent way to see the lake or simply to relax with a drink or two. The dinner cruises also are very enjoyable and while the food won't likely generate raves, the ambience more than makes up for what it lacks. You really can't go wrong, and I seriously doubt you will be disappointed. I never have been. Short of touring in your own boat, I doubt there is a better way to see the big lake. It is an excellent value for the money.
I went for a buffet brunch with family and it was a great experience. I would advise avoiding the free champagne with the cruise purchase, especially if you are prone to any kind of wine headaches, but I can't really hold that against the experience. Great views and beautiful mansions are abundantly in view the whole cruise. An upgrade on the announcement audio equipment would get that fleeting fifth star ;)
Great cruise, excellent staff. We got married on an evening cruise, all our guest loved it, the staff, scenery and food were wonderful. Would highly recommend.
Food was far from what is should have been. What ever the beef was grey in color. Not at all worth the money for food alone. Atmosphere was nice. Staff was very prompt picking up tables but we will not be back. Downgraded star from a 2 to a 1 because after speaking with an owner about my issues and being told I would get a call back I never heard anything back. (That was a year ago) Very poor customer service.
The Sunday Brunch cruise was fun. The scenery was beautiful, brunch was good, and the small tid-bits we learned were great. It's definitely one of those things to do once, started getting boring in the last 30 minutes. bring something for the kids to do, as this would bore them quickly!
