Wazir Khan Mosque is a 17th century architectural masterpiece, located in Lahore in Pakistan, this monument is famous not only for its religious significance, but also its history. Built when Emperor Shah Jahan ruled, it is said that it took almost 7 years to be completed, from 1634- 1641. Its “kashi kari” work is famous, which has also made this monument the most ornate one in the world! The structure includes 5 domes and 4 minarets, along with a number of baths and other areas within the mosque.
