  • This was a mind-blowing experience. Group of 7 of us ordered family style. Everything was amazing and I am totally going to eat here at least once every time I go back to this area. The duck ramen in particular was like liquid duck skin and included the best flavored, soft-boiled egg I've ever had. That bathrooms are also kind of hilarious. I won't spoil it because it was an amusing surprise every time one of us went in there.

  • First of all, I want to say that the food was absolutely delicious! The waitress (Emma) was friendly and was prompt to get everything we needed. I didn't once have to ask her to refill my water or take away the plates because she beat me to it. The food arrived in a timely fashion and me and my party were all satisfied with the portions. The only thing I will say is that the price of the food is a bit on the expensive side, but then again, we are technically in DisneyWorld. Overall, I will give 5 stars.

  • NEVER AGAIN. Wanted Sushi on our Disney vacation. Made reservations, didn't wait long (best part of the evening). The waiter was pushy, downright rude at some points. The drinks are horrible - Asian versions of vodka in a cosmo and others in a tropical drink - yuck! While ordering for dinner we were told the meal of Pad Thai w/Shrimp ($24) is "really a side dish and should be eaten with X/Y/Z, & too sweet to be eaten on its own"...(BTW it was fine, but nothing special). The ribs were actually really good! The sushi was skimpy, but okay. The pork fried rice was "too busy," and the pork dumplings were small, but otherwise unremarkable. So, we accidentally left the credit card we used there (as we were so distracted with leftovers not to take and waiters trying to send it with us). We went tho get the credit card the next day (after we called to confirm it was there). It took over 20minutes to get our card back! As I said before... NEVER AGAIN.

  • Bad customer service, food was a little above average .. but after a short argument with a staff how can you expect to fully enjoy your meal? In fairness the manager came to our table to apologize and as an appeasement tried to offer us two appetizers on the house, we appreciated the gesture and the lady who assisted us her name was Anastasia she was quite nice and friendly.. however, after we settled the bill and everything ready to leave we realized they billed us for the appetizers! what tha....!! we filed a complaint and adjusted the bill... so much drama when we just wanted to eat a good hearty meal..

  • This was my second trip here. When I checked in for my reservation, the hostess told me they weren't seating anyone until 5. However, the restaurant had several tables seated and people were already eating. I was invited to join about 30 other people in the bar until they were ready for me. At 5:01, a hostess led us to a table, but had to move it into place. This left us seated on the main aisle, which made me feel as if my arrival was an afterthought, rather than a reservation made three months out. I had plenty of time to look at the menu, which is remarkably similar to a popular Chinese chain restaurant, at triple the price. Ten minutes later, no one had greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I walked out and ate at the restaurant across the road. So, it was a great meal. It just wasn't at Morimoto.
