  • I have been to Kohler Andrea state park a few times now. I love the campsites and park in general. Bathrooms are fairly clean with separate unisex showers. Has plenty of nice trails and a long boardwalk along the beach( picture). Make sure to check out their nature center as it has plenty of interesting exhibits. Very close beach access to lake Michigan (although lake levels have been very high this year). One of my top 2 favorite state parks in Wisconsin

  • Beautiful state park... !!! I have stayed there both in summer with all the foliage and in winter where I could see the lake out the back window of my RV where the shoreline looked like ice caves that ran for miles. . EQUALLY BREATHTAKING! Definitely get out and explore the dunes and forest by hiking on the trails... the marsh boardwalk on a low moon or moonless night is spectacular but I would suggest a flashlight so you don't get wet feet lol..

  • We got there around 9am, great time to be there. Trails were great and views of Lake Michigan where awesome!!! Spent about 5 hours to here, I highly recommend this place.

  • We went late so non resident fee was a little high, but would be okay if you went all day. Did a couple of the trails which got you up close to nature. Good areas to do some birding. The nature center itself was closed by the time we got there so can't comment on that. It did look like a lot of people were enjoying the camping.

  • The Kohler Dunes State Park is tight on Lake Michigan and has a ton of dunes along the water. They’re fun to hike through and it’s great walking along the water. There’s not much to do after you hike a few trails there.
