Toby the Clown Foundation Inc is an institute that arranges classes for clowns. It was opened in 1993 with the aim of teaching the art of clowning. Toby’s American Clown Museum is located on the premises and is considered to be the only museum in the USA that is dedicated to clowns. The displays include paintings of clowns, costumes, and clown figurines and dolls. It is a fascinating place where you can easily spend a couple hours exploring the exhibits.
