Marblehead Lighthouse Historical Society Reviews & Ratings
I love marblehead lighthouse, It's an awesome tourist spot to go. Kids can hop around on the rocks, u can take pictures of the family against the light house every year, you can see cedar point from there. And I hear the fishing is good too!
A really neat historical place - most lighthouses are out of action. You get to go up in this one and have a look around. There is also a small mueseum nearby that explains the history including design and build of this one. The grounds are very scenic as well
Really neat place. Certain times of the day you can pay a small nominal fee to be guided to the top. I admit, I hate heights and edges but went up anyway. Staircase is very very narrow. My son went down on his butt. Beautiful views and can see cedar point across the way.
Beautiful historic site with an incredible view of Lake Erie. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it only costs $3 to climb the 77 steps to the top of the lighthouse. The park is peaceful and a great place for a picnic. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area.
This is a beautiful lighthouse on the shores of Lake Erie. The grounds are well maintained and the location is very photogenic. This is also a good fishing area.
