Mardi Langkawi Agro Tech Park, Langkawi Island Reviews - Write a Review
We came there, beleaving we were going on an exciting tour, seeing technolical ways to grow plants and learn some of science behind their work. Or atleast some lessons about plants or the process of growing them. Instead we were put in a truck, driven around the area and we made three stopps on the way. One stop we ate some fruit, wich was ok, although we were á að to see all the fruit leftovers and all the plastic trash go in the same bin. Next stop was to take pictures of a big hanging jackfruit with sunglasses. The last stop we stopped at a small dirty pond with a lot of small fishes that bite your fingers when you put your fingers in the water. When the tour was over, we were offered to shoot a bow and arrow and a walk through in a boutic store. Overall, a dissapointment.
30RM for fruit tasting, 5~10min photo shoting at each 3stops on a truck tour, free walking around w/o guide. Fortunately I have some apps to learn plants and fruit.
Nice tour with a very nice tour leader who take pictures for us using our Camera, and delicious varities of tropical fruits
30MYR for foreigner as of aug 2017. only cash available. good place to look around (takes about 1 hr or so) w/ free taste of fruites.
I just finished my tour here, my advise to you “do not come” you will pay RM30 to ride a bus, eat fruits and take pictures.. that is it!
