Telaga Harbour Marina, Langkawi Island Reviews
This is a quiet, quaint, and fun little place to visit. There are nice little restaurants where you can get a bite and a pint. It is next door to the hotel Danna; one of the nicest hotels in Malaysia. Enjoy.
Small sheltered marina with a fuel dock. A small number of restaurants and a provision shop. Walking distance to the Danna Hotel. A great place to berth if you want shelter an calm water . Very picturesque but 40 minutes drive from town
Traveled from here to Koh Lipe and back. If you enjoy having your passport taken from you, sitting in a cramped space with an AC on full speed blowing straight in your neck giving you a headache, and long waiting hours this is for you. On the way back i got my passport given to me not by a staff member but by a fellow countryman who recieved it only because we shared the same nationality. Where is the safety in that? The whole process from Koh lipe to Langkawi took 5hrs - where the boat trip was only 1hr. All in all, the process definelty could be improved.
Good sight seeing with some hotels there. Nice place to visit there
Can be easily accessed outside ferry service hours for immigration to and from Malaysia and basic shopping at the Petronas service station. If you are coming by boat there is a rm 40 fee for temporary berth. Fuel, water and trash bins are available. Nearest supermarket is about 10 by cab or Uber. There is a restaurant and marina for long term boat berthing.
