  • Beautiful church on the way to 'tip in top'. It is an old church built by britishers, very well maintained by the garhwal regiment now. There is an audio-visual show two times a day showing the history of the church and the regiment. There is a sitting area near the church as well as a view point showing the beautiful valley below and the mountains. There is a path near the church going into the forest for a short distance. This path leads to another beautiful view point.

  • We reached there on a day when the church remains closed. Just had a walk around the beautiful place.

  • This is one of the attraction and dont miss if you visit Lansdowne. This chuch was built in 1896 and maintained well by the indian army.  Visited this place on Saturdays and came to know that this will be opened only on Saturdays and Sundays. When compared with the other churches, this is very small and i am not sure about the service on Sundays. There is also a short film (ticket: Rs. 20) on the history of Lansdowne that is played inside the Church premises for almost 40 Mins and its good to watch to understand the history of the Garhwal Rifles. There are some people who walk back of the screen, when the mother Mary's idol was placed and done some prayers during the movie. Overall its a small but Must visit place when you are in Lansdowne

  • Since Lansdowne is a small place, visit to Church becomes the part of itinerary on its own. But this does not mean one should take the visit to this place for granted. Its very old Church built during British Times. It appears as if built in Gothic Style. The place displays photographs and audio-visual presentation of History. The place is very peaceful and unique.

  • It's a place full of peace and positive vibes....The place you would like to go on a short walk alone......Make sure to come back before night
