Nice place great pool but a little confusing when trying to find where things are and a bit run down but overall a nice family day out, take a picnic if you go so you can eat it by the pool 😊
It sucks to see the animals in cages but I think they have an okay life, staff seems very good.
Visited this zoo Feb 18, based on the reviews I had expected to enjoy my visit to the park, I always check before visiting a zoo as I like to know that the animals are being treated well before visiting. However I was disappointed to see when I got there that all of the animal enclosures were tiny and many of the animals barely have room to move. Some animals are on their own with nothing in their enclosures to entertain them. I was particularly saddened by the horse and the dingo who were both in small enclosures, alone with nothing but water.. both animals came running to the window/fence when we walked past and it was clear they were craving interaction of some sort. Finally it was very worrying that the glass screens on the tiger and lion enclosures were cracked. On one screen there was a crack from one side of the screen to the other. Highly concerning as I dont think it would take alot of break it. Not sure what can be done but I will definitely be looking in to complaining about this place.
SHUT IT DOWN, terrible to even call it a zoo, the meerkats have no energy and are sick looking, the bird habitats are terribly intense cruelty with birds of prey and owls in tiny cages, way too many turtles in a tiny pond and that's without even starting to talk about what's inside.
