  • Gourmet Mexican food-yes it's a thing. So freaking delicious. The meats are so tender they literally melt in your mouth. I'm normally not a fan of Mexican food but I love this place. You can tell they use really good high quality meat. You also have to try the margaritas here they are so bomb. Love the atmosphere though, its darker and more romantic than a normal restaurant. Not to mention they had really good service.

  • Great service in an impressive setting. Service was excellent. The mole sauces were complex and delicious. Deep drink selection. Beautiful decor!

  • Awesome time at Javier’s. Food was great. Service was stellar!! Even got to make a wish on my birthday. Highly recommend.

  • Not a fan, and I eat all over Vegas with zero concern of cost. I was eating at the bar last night and the person running the food hardly spoke English and accidentally switched mine and my friend's order. When your paying $40 for enchiladas, I expect impeccable service. The server/bartender should have overseen the food runner bringing the food and not waited 5 minutes to come over and make sure everything was alright. Only to walk away and mumble under his breath "There was nothing he could do." After that he was at the other side of the bar and a different bartender concluded our evening. Honestly, the food was great. It's just a shame that they made me feel as my business wasn't needed, and it probably wasn't. It's always crowded, so I recommend reservations. Whatever you do, don't sit at the bar.

  • For an upcoming trip our party decided to try Javier's and made reservations. We told them of our experience 3 years ago but were told that maybe things have changed in 3 years. Looking at recent reviews, maybe not. My wife and I were sat in a dark corner and basically ignored most of the evening. Maybe because we weren't spending enough money. (Seems to be a common theme). Coming from South Texas, we are familiar with Mexican Cuisine. This was bland and over priced. I've had much better seafood enchiladas for $7.95. What was the most frustrating was our server spending all of his time talking to four young ladies at the next table who were seated shortly after we were. We told ourselves we would never go back. We visit Aria twice a year. We have tried every other restaurant in the resort. Each one unique with impeccable service. Even the buffet has better service than we found at Javier's. Frankly, I do not understand what it is doing under the same roof.
