Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino Reviews & Ratings
Loved my stay the best view take a look we could see both swimming pools and the surf area. We had a issue with our safe we were gone all day and someone tried to open the safe even though they fell. Could have been malfunction. Not sure. The hotel staff was great reset the safe and we were good to go. The hotel leads right into the mall everything you need don't have even go outside if you don't have to. Oh and the room had a refrigerator. We bought bottle water. Lot cheaper then paying $3.00 for one. We caught the bus and went to Fremont street what a experience
Our favorite resort to stay at when coming to Vegas. Nice rooms and always a good view. We also love the restaurants and casino. If you're coming to Vegas and looking for a hood time that is not going to break the bank. Planet Hollywood has some of the best prices and when quality is added in I'd say they have the best price. Can't beat the location either.
Nice rooms and location but the pool needs new management. Reserved a cabana and was told it would be comped due to my new tier matched diamond status. Go to checkout and they would not comp it off. Talked to pool management and they would take $100 off my $225 cabana what was suppose to be comp. I then brought up the poor service since we waited 30 minutes for service (not gonna complain when its free). Manager agreed to take off $50 from my $200 dollar food bill. Manager comes back after getting my receipt and says sorry can only take off $25. I shake my head and leave. So stay at the hotel wonderful it wonderful. The pool staff could use some work. Reception staff and cleanliness was great!
Incredible hotel with views. Each floor has decor different from each other. Has an attached casino. Located in the middle of the strip. We loved the stay. Room was clean and very comfortable.
I'm a bit surprised at this as it is on the strip. First of all the room was great. I had no complaints at all, but not very different than other hotels there. However, the casino seems smaller and unimpressive, and there are no interesting restaurant choices at all. There is nothing really wrong with it at all, just not very impressive. That is the best way to describe it on the whole
