  • Our First time my Wife Rhonda & I have eating here it surely was Phenomenal. Food was delicious impressed by the taste of it. Although the Eggs we're a little runny under cooked other than that you could use a Upgrade on the Desert. I personally didn't like how some looked so I passed. My server I forgot her name was on Her A+ Game with the drinks without asking. Clean place to eat and highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back to try Dinner and see what choices to pick from. God bless all the staff everyone 👏👌

  • The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It is its own little world...virtually everything you could need. I would have given 5 stars, but did not for a couple of reasons: No coffee pots in the rooms, and over 20 minute waits for coffee at restaurants. There was a lot of banging noise near our room. We were on the top floor, in our own corner so not sure where the noise came from. The staff at Subway was fabulous and fast. Chris was an exceptional help as a porter with all of our things.

  • This room was comped as a reward for money spent in the casino. I requested 2 beds but at check in I was told those sold out. The room was standard size, very clean but, no safe. The rooms across from me and on one side were occupied by young men that all looked to be 18 to 21. All night I heard doors opening and closing, people running down the hall, very loud talking, laughing, it was a party. The floor right above mine was being renovated. The construction noises started at 3am and never let up. Check out time is noon and housekeeping began knocking on my door at 10:30am, despite the "do not disturb" sign being hung on the door. If I had paid for the room I would have complained very strongly to the management for their poor planning and lack of consideration for their guests. I will not recommend Sam's Town Hotel, nor will I stay there again.

  • I stayed here for a week. The hotel room was nice nothing fancy but sufficient, clean. There's plenty of different gaming choices with nice low limit tables. There are a lot of tables with $5 limits for various games. It's not crowded, it's off the Vegas Strip so it gives you more of a local feel. The location is about 20 minutes from the strip, but they do have a shuttle that will take you to the strip, and they also have a shuttle that will take you to downtown Las Vegas for free if you're staying in the hotel.

  • Less congested then The Strip and downtown Vegas. Beds are very comfortable and rooms clean. TV less than adequate. Very minimal cable, controller not user friendly, no pause or rewind. Would like to see small complimentary coffee pot in room and small microwave to heat left overs as a guest service. We could not get late check-out or early check-in as promised when reservation was made. Also I requested adjoining rooms for my family and made reservations way before our trip but we did didn't get that either.
