  • Very beautiful . . Be careful of active volcanic vents...they stink like sulfur....

  • My family and I went last weekend. We had a blast! The visitor center is a must. A lot of incredible information. This is a volcanic Region, there is more to Lassen than meets the eye. I would encourage anyone and everyone to visit the Park.

  • Great National Park. Does have a very short season, July to late September or early October. Not a lot of traffic which is nice. This year though they are doing work on Bumpass Hell Trail so it is closed for the season. Great place for scenery and geology.

  • Absolutely gorgeous!! Please visit whenever in the area!

  • The 10,457 foot high volcanic peak is incredibly accessible. Its personality changes from views on all sides. Very pretty from Manzanita Lake! One of its summits is open to hiking on the Lassen Peak trail.
