  • The staff is very nice. And the atmosphere is quite relaxed. The large warm kitchen with a big but severely worn sofa is a nice place to be social. In room facilities are just basics and kinda antique. But for the price there is nothing to complain about.

  • Really nice hostel. Excellent prices. Spacious dorms with a little desk even. Spacious common area with couches and tables for working and stuff. Good wifi. Great location. Have heard it's noisy on Fridays and Saturdays, but I stayed here on a Sunday night and it was super quiet and pleasant.

  • Very kind staff at a great price. The rooms were clean and I felt very welcomed as a solo traveller. I could not recommend more highly!

  • Our overnight stay at this venue was disgusting. While the establishment is easy on the eye at first glance, looks are definitely deceiving. We had items stolen from our room and upon informing the staff about this only to find they didn't take the matter serious and was told maybe we should find a different place to stay if we weren't satisfied. We took their "advice" and went to leave after paying for a one week stay in advance only to find out if we did so they wouldn't refund our money for the six remaining days! Just a warning to people in future, there are much nicer places to stay in Launceston.
