Founded in 1883, this brewery’s identity has become Inseparable from the identity of Launceston. This alone makes it worth taking the 60 or 90 minutes tour of the brewery. Obviously the tour would not be complete without a beer tasting at the end. Even if you don't have time for a full tour of the brewery it's still worth stopping in just to be able to have this heritage beer. The brews to try are the premium lager, the Boag’s Pure, and the Honey Porter. Additionally there are also local wines and cheeses and coffee. There is a light lunch menu and various teas. Check out the gift store.

Tour guide Will was an awesome bloke. Tour was very informative and guide knew a lot. Got to have 3 beers and cheese at the end which was a huge bonus. Good value, glad I went
Great informative tour with a bit of Launceston history thrown in. My family includes 2 kids and we all enjoyed the tour (and the beer and cheese!)
Excellent tour. Great beer and cheese to finish.
Nice old building, great tour guide 'Phil' - easy to listen to and entertaining. Interesting and enjoyable!
We did the tour and learnt a lot about beer and the history of the company. Our guide was amazing and was very knowledgeable. The cheese and beer tasting at the end was great and unexpected. Definitely a must for beer lovers!
