LeClaire belongs to Iowa and it reflects the state’s position which is set deep in the interior of the continent.

From July to September the temperature ranges from 60 degree Fahrenheit to 80 degree Fahrenheit approximately. October and November are the best time to visit Le Claire as the temperature is the most pleasant during these months.
