Pangong Lake, Leh Reviews

  • Crystal clear turquiose blue water lake! You can actually see the bottom!๐Ÿ‘ŒThe lake actually changes colours as the day progresses from blue to green to dark grey in the evening! The boat ride was awesome. Had a lot of fun!๐Ÿ‘Courtesy my army classmate. Spent a whole day breathing in the clean fresh air and soaking in the beautiful panoramic views of the snow capped mountains all around!โœŒ Overall, a surreal experience! Must do for everyone.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘โœŒ

  • Beautiful lake with waters displaying wide range of colours almost every shade of blue and green can be seen here. The nude hill range devoid of plants adds to the beauty. Approximately 60% of the length of the lake lies in China. Water is too cold. Army boats are there but no boating for tourists

  • Mind-blowing location in India. Sunset and sunrise view are just amazing. Chilled place better to go during July to Sept time. One of the best tourist location in India.

  • Visited in early week of June 17. There was some rain. Stayed at tents in roadside hotel. Was a good experience. The lake was beautiful when the sky was clear.

  • Must visit. You are in a different world near the lake. Do lot of photography. Take eatables. Spend as much time as u can. Be careful of weather while entering and existing the pass as it changes frequently.
