The Lifford Greyhound Stadium is a well-known greyhound racing track where racing is organized every Saturday evening. Amenities at the stadium include Totalisator betting, seating, restaurant, quite a few number of bars and fast food facilities. The stadium is said to have been built in 1959 and since then has been improved substantially. A lot of popular greyhounds have appeared here including Yellow Printer who is said to have begun his career as a race dog here as a puppy. Lifford Greyhound Stadium would be the ideal place to be if you have never seen greyhound racing before or are a race betting enthusiast.
