Mount Olympos, Limassol Reviews
Mount Olympus is highest peak in Cyprus. This place is beautiful. Near to Mount Olympus there is place to ski and snowboarding during winter. You can rent equipment as well. Place is amazing and you must visit it. View from top is amazing there are many view points.
We set off from our hotel at 4.30 to get to the summit in time for sunrise! I think seeing this sunrise above the clouds was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! Would happily do it again!
Meandering but not too roads up the mountain. A couple of places to have refreshment snacks. These are aimed at the ski scene so can be pricy. Top car park is short of the summit which can't be accessed due to the presence of a large military radar station.
Beautiful place! You can see the whole island from the top.
Dissapointing. All the top is fenced by some military base and not accessible for tourists. And all the way up is asphalt and accessible by car, therefore pointless for hikers.
