The Logan Martin Lake is a reservoir that is located 12 miles east of Lincoln. This 17,000-acre lake is located on the Coosa River and was built in 1965 by Alabama Power Company. This lake is also nicknamed Lake of a Thousand Coves by locals and has over 275 miles of shoreline. A popular fishing spot, the Logan Martin Lake has an abundant game and non-game fish species. Fishes like largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, spotted bass, bream, drum, carp, and more.
