Pastelaria Brasileira Horaris, Lisbon Reviews

  • I entered the place with my sister and the man at the counter immediately started complimenting in a not so polite way my sister. We were trying to ask for information about the pastries but the man started laughing while looking behind me and her. I turned around and there was another employee who was looking at my sister in a wrong way and who was making faces. We left. Very disappointed by this behavior, those people are there to help customers and sell their products, not to look at women like they've never seen one before. We were beyond disgusted.

  • The only good thing was the place. The Food is really horrible. I left everything on the plate

  • The only thing nice about this place is location. The food is of low quality, pizzas are made from frozen, fresh "juice" is just a piece of fruit made with water in a blender. Our food took longer to arrive (which is not a problem) so manager came out and harrased waiter because he thought we are only here to drink and not to eat. So he ended up defending himself and giving him a list of everything we ordered. There time for everything I guess. Please find a better place!

  • Bad service, bad coffee and bad food. Good location, you are near Fabrica da Nata which is a way better option for breakfast or a snack. :)

  • Great pastries in the centre of Lisbon, good coffee. Our waitress was very helpful and patience when we picked out pastries out of the window from the shop. They also serve food, but I recommend to go for the sweets.
