Portuguese cheese has a character of its own. In this shop, housed in a nice looking 18th century building, you’ll find practically all the cheeses of Portuguese traditions. The cheese tasting sessions are great too - bread, jam and ham make great additive flavours to cheese. The shop also sells sausages, olive oils, pastries and liquors. And don’t you know, cheeses make for great souvenirs and gifts too. The packages here are easy to carry.

  • It's just another trap for tourists. The selection of 4 cheeses (€12,90) consists in a few tiny slices of cheese served with generic jam, no bread. Personally I found taste and quality nothing special. The cheapest wine is €2,90 and it is just undrinkable. All the 5 stars reviews are not realistic.

  • In the heart of Lisbon, a small place where you can stop for a second after hours of walking. Local very simple but kept very well. You are immediately at ease tasting the typical cheeses of this beautiful nation together with a good local fresh beer. good quality / price. To try.

  • Nice little wine and snack bar. The cheese was excellent. Perfect for a little rest.

  • Amazon place local and great food. Very tasty, Amazing wine and warm welcome.

  • ... hidden secret, nice food and drinks, good for small groups
