Amazing selection of wines. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very well appointed outside. Looks great at night
At peak times lively, but not rowdy! In the quieter periods equally, if not more charming. Would definitely recommend for informal afternoon drinks with friends. Goats cheese salad is also great!
Disappointing service on New Years Eve, paid £80+ each plus lots of money spent on drinks all evening. 10 minutes to New Year and the bar refused my wife service so they can celebrate their own New Year, fair enough, until they served a couple of other customers. When I went up they refused me service too, leaving us with no drinks to toast New Year. Could've understood if they hadn't gone and served other people. Won't be returning, have shared my bad experience with friends and family.
Nice place for a drink. Lovely staff, beer selection could be a little better.
Great live music venue upstairs and a awesome bar downstairs serve a good selection of beers in a cosy setting and the outside area is great
