  • Loved it. We were pleasantly surprised how much of the castle you can actually access. You are able to climb up into the towers and most of the castle is open to explore. We loved the film that was playing explaining the history of the castle on a large circular screen. The museum was also brilliant.

  • One of the best castles I have ever visited. Well kept and plenty to see and explore. Not enough time in one day to see it all. Easy to get to.

  • Much more to do than most castles you visit. Rather than just displaying the already impressive husk of the castle, they've cleverly filled a lot of the space with innovative exhibits and easy to digest museum areas.

  • It was nice to see it but it's not worth a second visit. Not as big as I thought it was going to be and over priced £25 for two adults and a child! My 6 Year old son liked it as he loves castles at the moment.

  • Best of the great North Wales castles and we'll worth a visit. Best time to go is winter as it's cheaper entry and a lot less busy!.
