Concatedral de Santa Maria de la Redonda is a beautiful Cathedral that has an extremely attractive baroque appearance on the outside with magnificent interiors. It was situated on an ancient Roman temple back in 1453 and ranked as a cathedral in the year 1959. The twin towers of the cathedral that lie to either of its sides depict the monumental baroque bell Rioja. Concatedral de Santa Maria de la Redonda is sometimes open for tourists during the mass as well. The church is sumptuously decorated and the carving on the pulpit is exceptionally beautiful. The Chapel of our lady peace and the twin towers are completely worth the watch.

Unfortunately the main Cathedral of Logroño was closed while we stayed in the city. It was a pity as we had no chance to visit the interior. From the outside it looks nice though.
A unique site both for meditation and religiosity.
Fascinating (con)cathedral in Logrono. Don’t miss!
Nice place to visit...cathedral, bars, near to laurel.
Very beautiful Cathedral. Inside it is mostly baroque but some late Gothic elements survived. You need to buy a ticket to get in. Visitors are allowed to take non commercial photo without flash light.
