  • Great atmosphere with a really helpful staff. I do wish they had helped me out when I found out before checking in for my first night that the trains wouldn't allow me to stay my second night, but they weren't technically obligated. Not a fancy place, but good. The shower rooms/water closets are spread throughout the building. Some windows open very near the road, thought there is a gap that makes it feel safe enough.

  • It's a great location and the staff is on point but the bathrooms and rooms kinda blow ass

  • In the very heart of London (and still cheap). I've seen the most of the London's "must sees" and without need for public transport, actually. It is really pleasant place, with very kind staff. Toilets and showers could be a bit cleaner but it also dependes on customers, I think.

  • Excellent stay! Personal was great and inclusive. They sometimes organize events. Facilities are great and location is also great.

  • Really nothing to complain about. Clean rooms and facilities, great services and overall a great offer for the price.
