  • This is a large station with many destinations. It looks clean and functional but like many stations something from the 18th century. Love the overall roof and the different food stalls in and around the station.

  • Appalling service, there was a sudden flash and i thought i had awoke to a dream. I very quickly realized i was in a living abortion of a commuters nightmare, for once again i was 2 hours late squashed like a sardine, surrounded by some of the most hopeless faces to ride a train since Dachau. I didn't think a train company and a railway network could really be so two-faced. While bringing you ever closer to your destination you are slowly reminded of your over priced fare, which probably cost you half your days wages.

  • Bustling place with a proud history. Refreshments and shops. Leave plenty of time if you need the ticket office.

  • Direct links to Gatwick and london. First train London bound is 0415 to St Pancreas International taking 1hr40. Typically it takes between 1hr and 1hr15 to get to Victoria. Loads of different shops to get food and drink here. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

  • Large open station, with good connections for London and the south coast. Reasonable stores inside which are good for a quick bite and a cuppa.
