  • Not recommended and they clearly don't care that they keep receiving bad feedback! Had been warned about the poor hospitality yet visited the place as had heard good reviews ONLY for the food. But alas, like it happened to many others, the so called "General Manager" didn't let us get to the food. Although, one of the staff told us the wait would be long and they'll try for a table, the "General Manager" asked us to clear the way stating he knows better that there are no tables. Few others waiting along with us were also startled by his response and left. Sad that even such a place is always a full house but it's probably the location or ONLY the food which we never got to eat!

  • By having a quick look at the below reviews there seems to be a pattern in relation to rude and arrogant wait staff. One in particular, short, long hair and glasses. We were over charged for an item on the bill, he proceeded to argue and say we weren't, being extremely unprofessional and rude. We then gave up the fight and he returned 10 minuets later saying we were right and had been overcharged... embarrassing on his part. Food was alright, small potions and overpriced for what it was. Sadly won't be returning here. We have found better on brick lane!!

  • Would give it 0 but unfortunately that is not an option. We came to sit down and there is a short waiter with glasses who said that they were full and to sit outside. Which was fair enough. I then asked him politely a little later if possible to be seated again inside when vacant. In an aggressive manner he said as "you can see we are packed". Fair enough. Next thing we see some girls get seated with no reservation. So avoid this place and its arrogance. We had the same party amount. We left.

  • Don't know if it was in response to the previous reviews on here (?), but we had charming and attentive service at all times. The food was great and very plentiful, and at £28 for the taster menu plus cocktail excellent value especially considering you're just off Regent St.

  • Crappy service! The so called General Manager needs to understand not to be rude with customers. We decided to go there again for the 2nd time after they forgot our order twice and kept us waiting for almost an hour and half for food. We were patiently waiting for a table as was told by a member of the staff who was looking for a table for us and this guy comes in says 'Am the general manager of this restaurant, I know there is no table' while showing us the door. We were later told by the staff that there was a table available. The Manager needs to know first how to be in service industry before being given his job. Totally not recommending.
