  • Really bad food. Ordered a burger for £4.95 which I thought reasonable until I tasted it. Very cheap, gristly meat. My friend, a self-confessed junk food lover, could not finish his. The milkshakes were overly sweet and artificial tasting. I had about three sips of this and left the rest. The fries were okay but a little hard. The "50s style Cola" is just normal Coca Cola (at £2.95). At one point, the staff fixed the door open which created a breeze. Not ideal in the Winter. Had to put on my coat and, despite the staff seeing me put on my coat (whilst still eating), they didn't think to close the door. I rarely post such scathing reviews but this food was THAT bad.

  • As a bit of a fan of Doctor Who I was so excited to come here! The decor did not disappoint, looked just like it did in the show. Unfortunately the guy behind the counter was fighting over a bill with some customers. We waited 15 minutes listening to this so we could order before we gave up. So I can't comment on the food, but the decor is cool!

  • The food wasn't very good, very greasy, and low quality. The food was served on paper in flimsy plastic trays. There was no cutlery or napkins on any tables, there was only one napkin dispenser, and that was on the service counter. We had to go up to the till to order food, and the order was taken by the chef, who didn't wash his hands after taking orders and payments. The whole experience wasn't great, the 2 staff working were rushed off their feet, but the quality of the food was not good, it all tasted like cheap quality frozen food and was messy to eat due to the grease. The chilli cheese fries were reheated fries covered in some Chilli from a can and I have no idea how the creamy white sauce on top can be counted as cheese. Other Ed's diners I've been to were high quality, has serving staff coming to take your order and were much better experience. We won't be going back to this diner.

  • Myself and my girlfriend had a great time here. She's a big doctor who fan so the photos and items scattered around added to her excitement. The two burgers we had were great and cooked just like we wanted. The milkshakes were amazing but the cheesy fries were a little bit of a let down. But overall very happy with the service and food from here.

  • Not very impressed, decor was interesting if a little over the top in some places. The drinks were pretty dreadful, the milkshake was so artificially sweet that it actually made me feel ill and I couldn't finish it and nor could my partner finish her long island ice tea as it tasted bad. The food was ok, but that was it, just ok. The chicken burger I had was quite dry and just rather disappointing for what I paid for it.
