  • We reserved a table for the evening on a Tuesday. When we got there we are immediately seen to our table. Nicely lit, modern decor and spacious inside. Food was good and flavorful! The burgers and pizzas are equally as good. Service is good and attentive. Food came at a reasonable time after ordering.

  • Rubbish service and some rubbish about company policy, which i would love to see, so my son can not drink alcohol even though its legal for him to drink. Food is on par with what i get at McDonald's. Pizza was burnt and hard to cut with a pizza knife, it was so crispy. Fries were just warm not hot, any longer they would be cold. Burger came and was dripping in grease. Was going to get desert but have no decided not to. Soft drinks are all ice to be honest It took about 10-15 mins to even get some one to take our order. Would never come here again!

  • Had a great meal today! We had the Mumbai, Naples and Melbourne we all really enjoyed. Service was excellent! Will definitely be going back!

  • Worst restaurant I've ever been to - food was terrible and service was simply appalling. Ordered the mixed sharing platter which included wings (alright), flat bread that was cold and rock hard (probably reheated too many times), fried calamari (which was sooo greasy) and more food that was not worth the 15£ at all. Told one of the waitresses that the flat bread was rock hard and she apologized which was fine. Then the mains took 40 minutes to come (we had to ask three waitresses/waiters and were told that it'll be another 5 minutes). Food was disgusting - ordered the roasted red pepper and chicken pasta (which tasted like pure tomato sauce and the chicken was sooooo dry despite paying an extra £2.15 for it) and the crayfish pasta had super tiny crayfish pieces that were so dry and lacked flavour too! The only relatively decent thing was the Mumbai pizza but I can't even say I'm impressed by it. Was tempted to get desert but decided not too as service was terrible and the starters and mains were such a disappointment. We decided to share our opinions and negative experience with the manager hoping she'll perhaps explain as to why service/food was so disappointing - but she didn't even care at all and had the worst attitude ever!!!!! Gave us a tiny discount of 6£ and that was that. I (and all my friends and business acquaintances) will never EVER step foot in this restaurant ever again and I advise you not too either! If you're looking for good pizza just walk 2 doors down to Franco Manca - promise you it'll be much better.
