  • Portions are tiny. the waiter raves about everything there, but when you get it you discover it is a normal thing if not less. he raved about the chips, and later on we discovered that it is a normal chips. we asked about the best starters they have and he kept on going and going about a "Italian" tomato platter which is his favorite, so we ordered that and when we got it, it was a normal tomato, sliced in 4 and sprinkled with little salt. if you want decent steak you need to go elsewhere...

  • Best steak in London. I have never been let down by the food at Flat Iron. Both the steak and the burger are the best in town and always fresh. Staff are always friendly and courteous. If you're a meat eater you will be very very happy. I guarantee it. Only downside is that you can't make reservations. You have to show up at the door and sign on to a digital waiting list. You're then free to go and get a beer nearby until your table is ready, at which point you will get a text. That's just the price you have to pay for living in London. Typically the wait times are actually less than they predict so be at the ready to come back to the restaurant when you are summoned.

  • Love flat iron! Their steaks are always on point, the sides are delicious. I go here regularly and this was a free lunch I was offered as apology for a cancellation. Very nice gesture and I will continue to go :)

  • We waited more than one hour to get a table. We expected a more tender and tastier meet as that's the only option you can have in the menu. Staff is nice, place is small and you'll share a table with people you don't know.

  • Tried steak and a side dish of creamy spinach. Taste great for the side dish. For the steak, i think it's already quite nice according to the price. Not much surprise on taste. The restaurant looks nice and staff are stylish and friendly.
