  • This was our first visit to flat iron and it definitely won't be our last! We were served be Alberto and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was worthwile. He explained every aspect of the menu to us, as well as his personal favourites. His upbeat and friendly attitude made us immediately feel welcome, even as young diners in quite an upper-class restaurant! The food itself was amazing, we would even go as far to say the best steak we have ever had, and the food is very well priced, with a great selection of sides to compliment your steak perfectly! Great choice of wines and whenever we visit London again I think this is the only place we will visit for dinner!

  • Steak was very nice indeed and service great. Salad sides too especially the creamed spinach. Chips ordinary and not hot enough. Just one desert and they don't do hot drinks at all, very odd. I don't understand the over popularity of the place.

  • Nice and tender, I was told they sous vide their meat for 10 hours which explains the consistency. An real bargain for such high quality. Long lines but worth the wait. Service was prompt and super friendly too.

  • Portions are tiny. the waiter raves about everything there, but when you get it you discover it is a normal thing if not less. he raved about the chips, and later on we discovered that it is a normal chips. we asked about the best starters they have and he kept on going and going about a "Italian" tomato platter which is his favorite, so we ordered that and when we got it, it was a normal tomato, sliced in 4 and sprinkled with little salt. if you want decent steak you need to go elsewhere...
