Take the Thames Clipper to Greenwich Pier and make sure you visit the covered market for food before taking the short but steep walk through the park to one of the best free viewpoints of the city panorama. The park is lovely for families to relax and let children play. The Observatory located within the park can be enjoyed upon payment of entry charge.
Have been here so many time. I proposed to my wife a second time here. Our kids love to just run around here. The hilly nature and greenery is good for hiking and running. This a park that can never disappoint. Every day of the week
A lovely place,I have know since childhood. Lots of walks, great views, and points of interest. Plenty of parking in winter but may be crowded in summer.
Nice walk through the park from the observatory. Down the hill for most of the way. You can get the awesome views of London and take photos without paying the entrance price. Walk around the grounds and get free views and save your money. Beautiful nature in Autumn and Summer, one of top London locations.
A lovely piece of the countryside in London. The area is steeped in history, if the weather is good it's a lovely stroll. Come by public transport though as parking is not good. Great views from the top of the hill 😎
