  • I ve been quite often to this store and it was always a great experience. But it seems that they got some new staff lately who doesnt know the basic customer service principles. No greeting, no offers for help, very sad facial expressions. It seems that some of them are not happy to work there. If you work in a customer service environment make sure you treat your customers in a friendly way and be approachable to them. The men there are always friendly and professional, only some of the (new?) girls are rude.

  • Very polite and friendly service. Understandably busy and had to wait a little while to be approached but as soon as someone was free we got served and I couldn't complain at all, highly recommend visiting this Gucci store.

  • I don't often visit but it's great to know when I do go for a browse I'm aknowledged on a first name basis. Having worked in retail while I was studying is outstanding service. Keep up the great work.

  • If we have a successful year in property, Gucci will be our first stop for Christmas shopping.

  • Very poor customer service, firteful you need to wait to be served, then feel like you are to much trouble for them. And at the end price on the shows one in the till completely different and of course more. Be careful when you shop there. You might be charged more. Fills like I visited Zara not a Gucci store, unfortenatly very poor service. Lots of human errors they saying.
