  • Some of the best Indian I've had in my life. Could hardly believe the combinations, balance of flavour and delightful service. It was an amazingly memorable experience and I hope I have the privilege to go back again! We did the vegetarian tasting menu and were completely blown away. The cocktails were also delicious.

  • Very impressive Indian restaurant with extremely good and tasty food. They do medium portions so it's something to appreciate since most of London is just doing small plates. The waiter warned that we were ordering a lot so that was helpful. Excellent wine list as well, that goes very well with the spicy food. Very tasty deserts. Final bill was according to quality and what we had. Don't miss the tiger prawns!

  • Great food but a tad too expensive. Inspired by Gymkhanas in india which are a throwback to the times of the raj. The quality of the meal does do justice to the legacy it has been inspired by. But the steep prices are a put off especially when you know the food at Bombay Gymkhana is a third of the price and just as good (i know i shouldn't compare but cant help it :) ). If you do end up there please do try the game meat on the menu.

  • One of my all time favourites. The food here is consistently excellent. They also have great private dining rooms. Upscale atmosphere. Great drinks too.

  • Simply the best Indian tandoori fine dining restaurant in central London. Service, atmosphere and restaurant experience are great but it's the food that will have you coming back. Low lighting, leather seating and wood panelling everywhere you look give this restaurant and modern sophisticated but homely feel. The Michelin star is well deserved but means menu is pricey, try lunch time booking to enjoy the same experience at more reasonable prices. Lunch set menu is £35 where you'll likely spend twice this for evening meal with wine.
