  • Very well located hotel as the 2 minute walk to the station has been crucial for this trip. The lobby areas have all the glamour you would expect from a Kensington hotel with a Starbucks as well right in the lobby. Although the staff tended to look overwhelmed when seen, are still were always ready to help with any queries, with the doorman in particular seen giving many helpful suggestions to myself and other guests about the area. The room was better than anticipated after reading a few bad reviews before coming about sizes but ours was quite spacious and had a lovely view of the front of the hotel. All in all no complaints about the stay with all the needs met. However this is only 4 stars as I feel nothing truly exceptional was provided for me personally.

  • Lovely king sized room. Small but finished to a high standard. Everyone we needed in the room including hair dryer and ironing board. Breakfast was lovely. Good quality food and well cooked. Spa seemed a little run down and would have preferred if they did not allow children.

  • Great location and very quiet. I normally stay at the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum but was fully booked. So stayed here instead. Great move! Really nice hotel with a better reception and bar area. Nice contemporary room, albeit a bit small. Great location, literally just off Kensington High Street, so lots of shops and restaurants close by. The location off the high street, lends its self to being much quieter than the Forum. Also it looked much less busy making it more relaxed. The only negatives were the wifi was really poor and the door key fobs were temperamental.

  • Lovely clean and modern hotel. Rooms small but comfortable with everything you need. Bar / lounge area very nice for late night drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

  • Check in was a bit of a struggle. We had booked 2 rooms but when we arrived, there were no rooms cleaned and ready to use. We had to wait 20 minutes for one room so decided to drop our stuff in this room and head out into London. We picked up the other room key when we got back that evening. The staff were amazing with my disabled father, running to help him operate lifts and opening doors. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay were again and recommend this hotel.
