  • Tasty food, but waitress brought out the wrong food ten million times. Not snappy enough and the inside had too many flies - same for the bathroom - decor is fake looking, as it's not clean with so many insects and sticky when you sit down. The food is delicious do not get me wrong. However, the prices do not reflect the service either. They were clueless and one of the waiters couldn't even tell the people next to us (American) diners what halloumi was. They could barely explain anything. People will have questions, so be prepared and well trained. Not everyone will know what is what on the menu. This is part of the service. You should be able to explain the menu clearly.

  • Best food on the Victoria High Street. And very good staff! Highly recommend and also you should book ahead as they are usually busy. The food is great and the service is outstanding! Highly recommend

  • Was in London for a week and visited some amazing restaurants. Kazan had great service, incredible decoration, very good drinks, and great food. Ordered many plates to share which were amazing, had a beer and some cocktails for the table which were all very nice as well. I ordered the ottoman grill which was absolutely amazing! Service was very good, we were given a lot of attention from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is what really sells it. Dimmed lights, great drink and food presentation, with furniture and decor to match. Overall a great experience, however it is on the more expensive side. Only reason why i am rating it 4 stars is because earlier in the day I had an amazing rack of lamb at a greek restaurant that left me something to be desired at Kazan. Definitely recommend!
