A mile-long road which runs from London Borough of Lambeth to the Westminster Bridge, Road, right at the heart of London. The road is historically known at the residence of famous people like Vincent Van Gogh, Charlie Chaplin, Julian Corbett (a famous British naval historian), to name a few. Today, the road is home to the Lincoln Tower, close to the junction of Westminster Bridge Road, a prominent monument built in memory of President Abrahim Lincoln, in commemoration of the Emancipation Proclamation. Even though there has been a lot rebuilt and demolished over the years, some of the gorgeous Georgian terraces still remain to be admired.
