  • A light, spacious and agreeable room reached downstairs. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food; it arrived on time and was well presented; there were some waits for refills of water but, yes... overall this will do nicely. I didn't make it to the nice-looking raised bar area: next time.

  • A repeat visit for me. Previous visits have been in a group and have been exceptionally enjoyable with great food and fantastic service. This visit was as a couple and the experience was again enjoyable. I didn't realise previously that a separate seating are is at a higher level more appropriate for couples. This is well thought out as it allows you to talk to your partner while the more animated group tables are in a different area. Food was fantastic as usual, nice refreshing starter followed by Chateaubriand which was cooked to recommendation and tasted sublime. I highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding which rounded things off nicely. Thank you London Steakhouse for a wonderful evening!

  • Great restaurant with a good atmosphere and attentive staff. Steaks were good but have had much better in less understated establishments. So as food goes it's good but nothing special after all it's a steakhouse and hardly Michelin quality dining. Not my usual steak of choice (wife's rib eye was the better option) but the Filet not as smooth and buttery to cut into as I expected even when cooked to medium rare perfection! A little too sinewy. Overall cannot complain at all and if in the area again may revisit!

  • Voucher experience + some extras. Really nice food and happy polite service. Loved the steak. Loved even more the cheese and fruit cake. Great gift for me and nice way to spend a Friday lunch at a place not normally frequented by me. Recommended.

  • From the outside you would walk by. Most if not everyone there on fixed price menu linked to a day out red letter experience. All sides were £5.50 which were not included in the 3 course menu. Staff attentive, wine list ridiculously over priced. We chose a nice Oz Shiraz which in supermarket would be £7/8 but here it was £38.00. Many wines were £100.00 Or more. Service charge was added at 15% which I failed to notice and was not pointed out and tipped another £10. Bit naughty. So a prepaid fixed menu cost £78.00 extra once wine sides and sauces added . Enjoyable but would not return.
