  • Honestly underwhelmed with this hotel, I expected much more. The fittings in the hotel room were of a low standard, the wall mounted lamps were wonky and falling down. The air conditioning / heater wasn't working and the window wouldn't open, when we rang to reception to raise the issue we were simply told they were busy, didn't actually ask what the issue was. The wallpaper was done over badly applied plaster and the carpet was in dire need of a clean and was visibly stained in our room. Not overall happy with the experience and glad we were only here 1 night. On the other hand the breakfast was good, although over priced for what it was.

  • As an event planner I have been working with the Millennium Hotel in Mayfair for almost two years now. We have had High Tea's with 10-140 attendees and the service is reliable and thoughtful each time. The high tea menu also changes quite regularly and the portions are very generous! I would recommend it to anyone and will be back again soon!

  • I went there for a conference. The staffs were polite and professional. The facility was clean and tidy. It is a good place for organising meetings.

  • Location was nice, the event I was at was a bit overbooked so it was pretty tight. Nice place and very clean. Staff were a bit 'looky' and kept looking at me every time I went to reception which I found weird but it was a good and enjoyable time.

  • A wonderful hotel in Grosvenor Square, opposite the American Embassy. Excellent service and a fantastic hot and cold buffet breakfast. Check in and out was so easy and they even found me a room, when I arrived early, without question. I can't wait to stay here again.
