  • As an event planner I have been working with the Millennium Hotel in Mayfair for almost two years now. We have had High Tea's with 10-140 attendees and the service is reliable and thoughtful each time. The high tea menu also changes quite regularly and the portions are very generous! I would recommend it to anyone and will be back again soon!

  • Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. Nice location. Very close to tube stations, close to Oxford Street. Staff are quite nice and helpful.

  • Rooms are a bit dated but great location. I like the breakfast setup and club level offers nice service too

  • Great location 5 minuets to Oxford St. great house keeping. the hotel seems old and classic. A/C was noisy in my room, bed not that much comfortable, WiFi 10£ per night (come on it’s 2017).

  • I would like to share my experience with the reservations team. Due to the unrest happening now in London, I unfortunately had to cancel my non-refundable 3 nights at the hotel. The reservations team, Martina and Fachiema in particular, were very helpful and the management team as well in that they agreed to a full refund. That is definitely considered excellent customer care as the hotel and it's management team could've decided against the refund. I will definitely be back to London, as it is practically my second home, and I will absolutely have the pleasure of staying at this hotel again. Prayers to London and everyone there stay safe.
