  • There is nowhere at the station where it is possible to charge a phone and the staff are incredibly unhelpful regarding this problem even if you are alone and it's late at night. Therefore, if you need your phone (e.g. calling the person who's going to pick you up or for using Google maps) make sure that it is fully charged. Trains to and from Oxford often have sockets but they rarely seem to work. The toilets are at least clean.

  • Vending machine for ticketing is very practical and helpfull.

  • God awful hell hole. What is happening with the car park area that it used to have! The set down points always full of taxis. So where are you suppose to drop off family and friends? Been like this nearly ten years now, FFS sort it out! Bus drivers waving their arms at you because you're in the way. What are you suppose to do! There is literally nowhere else to park! So Oxford Bus Company bus drivers calm down and stop flapping your arms about like little girls. If we have nowhere to stop we can't help but stop anywhere! Just as much right as you to drop people off. Vehicle size not a top trump. Someone sort out this god damn car park. Oh and why is there about 100 taxis waiting for people. All black cabs everywhere. All illegally parked too. This place was better in the 90s than it is now.

  • Embarassment to oxford, I take issue most with state of the mens toilets, truely disgusting but the rest of it is a state as well

  • Small station with just a handful of shops and eating spots. It does what it supposed to do, let people get on a train. Expect some queues to buy tickets but not too lenghty. Quite a few bus services around the station. It is a walking distance to the city center so no point to take a bus unless walking is challenging or you just can't be bothered. Very poor toilet facilities often closed.
