  • Place is great, but service very poor. We’ve been left waiting to our table for more than 15 min before to order. And they served for 2 times people who came after us. And when at the very end we were finally able to order (after waiving to the waiter), most of the cakes where out of stock.

  • We visited this lovely shop last March and ended up with take away since we weren't up for a queue with our jet lag. Cakes were delicious, so my girls insisted on going again during our trip last month. Again we chose take away as the shop was very busy. Unfortunately, upon returning to our hotel, we discovered that one slice of cake and a sugar cookie were missing. Upon calling the shop, the staff apologized and agreed to deliver the missing items to our hotel. By the next day, we had both the cake and cookie, along with two chocolate Happy New Years cupcakes, all of which were also delicious. Mistakes will happen, and we appreciated the follow through and excellent customer service in making things right.

  • Delicious cupcakes and really good coffee. The service was outstanding. The lady on black suit was very kind, always smiling and She asked twice if everything was good. Highly recommended.

  • Small shop with the best cakes from London! These look so good, visually stunning! It's a small walk to get there and you don't expect it to be that far out, but it's there and it's good! When you're visiting London, don't forget to stop by!

  • Had a birthday cake from here, while the cake itself looks great, the taste was disappointing. Far too sweet, even with tea! It wasn't just the cream in between the sponge that was sickly sweet, the sponge itself had too much sugar. Needs a better balance.
