  • As almost all London Premier Inn hotels. Simple room that has all you need. Good value. Food is not bad, typical UK menu. Food quality varies from current employees.

  • Stayed in a double room, which was spacious and clean, probably overall too essential. Breakfast was rich and of good quality. A bit expensive for the price I paid.

  • 5 mins to the city via Tower Bridge. Super room everything you need. Amazing comfy bed. Staff are uber friendly n can't do enough for you. Breakfast buffet ...amazing

  • Great Hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very polite. The Hotel is located close to some Hot Spots and the local transport.

  • Paid for a family room and keeping to mind the room was available from 2pm, which had been readied for the us - but we walked in to a readied double room. Having asked reseption to ready the 3rd bed and give us an additional towel (this should have been in place by management to the housekeeping team) we were informed the housekeeping team would be in at 5pm. Such a let down for Premier Inn who today failed to live up to their mission. To add to this there was a woeful foul mouthed heated conversation between some guy and a member of reception staff (who did not swear). Not sure what the crack was but 'paying customers' were privy to this.
