  • Very relaxed, lovely food and the best ever customer service I've experienced, especially from Sydney.

  • Quick , efficient and friendly service and very clean pret.

  • Convenient pre-prepared foods and good fresh coffee. You can drop in quick to grab and go or you can sit and take your time. The Pre-prepared foods are actually made fresh but just put out front for you. Tasty.

  • I like this chain better than Nero or Costa. They have better locations, and for them I would give 4 stars; this one is more uncomfortable and crowded than the ones I like better. Their coffee is nice and strong, way better than Starbucks, and the same with the food. Not bad.

  • The food was OK but nothing special. However not very clean at all : dirty tables, floors, tables and chairs all scattered around. Looked more like a badly kept fast-food place then a 'hip/organic' place for a healthy quick bite.
