  • Had a really lovely meal here last night, we shared a dosa and a platter of little taster dishes with rice, and were in agreement that it was all delicious. The restaurants in the area can be pricey because of the high rents, but our meal at Sagar was good value for money. Would happily return.

  • I went in with a group of friends expecting something very different from what we received. The food is so average and tastes are not at all 'South Indian'. (I am Indian). They're pandering to a wider crowd by having all the chat/Chana type of dishes which are not South Indian. The portions are small and the service is plain bad, kept forgetting our order. They added an automatic service charge of 12.5% for this 'wonderful' experience. Just one word: Avoid.

  • Bad service, they often cut me off and made sure all communication was to minimum level. I ordered food they said not to be spicy, was super spicy. Overall would not recommend

  • Really great food and at a good price. The dosa is lovely!

  • Very tasty food, clean but spartan. No sambhar vada, disappointed enough to take away one star. Otherwise excellent service and decent variety of dishes on offer
