  • Try to stay in a chamber rooms (1st floor) at least once, which is a different type of feel than the other rooms. Some of the chamber rooms face the train station which seems cool at first (looking out your window you see trains!), but then you are realize at night you'll need some earplugs to drown some noise that can arise from the train station. I was lucky enough to experience and get access to the chambers club as well, which allows you access to FREE daily delicious breakfast, afternoon teas, and more. But what I love the most is that this hotel spills out to lots of interesting shops in Kings Cross. And of course, close proximity to access the trains that can take you to Paris, and the tube. Highly recommend staying in this place.

  • Hotel is beautiful! It is also incredibly convenient being in the train station and next to King Crossing. The staff is fantastic and friendly. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. I could not have asked for a better stay!

  • Best location right at the station. Love it! Breakfast and dining have great options. Smells from the kitchen (located in the hallway) can overtake the hallway on the way to/from the elevator, but it's not too bad; just kinda weird. Would stay here again for sure.

  • Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, well-appointed rooms .... just don't let them give you rooms 140-150, 240-250, or 340-350. These rooms face on the main event space, which towards the end of my stay had ludicrously noisy events until midnight every night. Think giant, high-powered amps blasting awful generic house music for sales manager awards events such that the windows rattle. This was a terrible place to stay for my business trip, where I needed to be up at 7 every morning and wound up unable to work or sleep until at least 1 AM on several nights. I asked to be moved, only to be told that the only rooms available ... also faced on the event space. They shouldn't bother even providing those rooms to guests on nights when they know they'll have events. They're unusable, unless you too plan to stay out until 1AM (and if you do, awesome! Enjoy London! But some of us have to be up in the morning). Anyway, I expected better for such a highly rated hotel.
