Super nice guys. Helpful and good selection. Highly recommended................
I used the pharmacy on 11 October around 4pm, very helpful and apologetic ladies since they were having difficulty with their computer. especially the younger lady working, very helping and handled technical difficulties whilst having a queue of people very well!
Bakery Staff and Managers are Rude and abusive. Just came in to buy Croissants. I was banned from buying too many croissants, staff follow me around like a criminal, just in case I get too many. I thought they would be happy for customers to buy products but not in this store. Tesco take note its not a way to treat customers.
Great store with all your daily needs
Poor excuse of a Superstore, its a large store, definitely shouldn't be called a superstore as its lacking in a lot of products that you find at other superstores close by, Sainsburys e.g. Baskets are either right at the front Entrance where other customers are leaving, avoid collision with either a trolley or a customer. Or quite often there are no baskets, walk around the checkouts to find one. Product selection is ok, often by afternoon there will be gaps on the shelves. Special buys, be sure to check your receipt as they put other products in there which cost more, once you get home your realise that the special buy cost more, as they put the same product a larger size- which was not special buy! When I mentioned this yo the customer service, she said to me I should go and speak to the produce manager..Thats her job not mine! Staff sadly most of them do not have good customer service training, not concerned about the customer experience - which makes you wonder where do they recruit people from,.Rude and passive agressive assistants' on the self service tills.. Glad to hear that it will be knocked down and rebuilt. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area where you will have a pleasant experience and find all the products you need Sainsburys, Lidl and Waitrose. I live a stones throw away from this supermarket , I avoid it, Id rather go to any other supermarket further away than this awful place. The store is poorly managed, bakery for instance, two assistants were talking amongst them selves behind the fixtures, I asked them about one of the fresh bakery items, No was response and they carried on with their personal conversation. They really do not care about their customers. If I could give Half a point, that would best describe this store.
