  • What a lovely place to stop for tea! Such an extensive menu. Hot and Cold food, Homemade cakes, many teas to choose from. The prices were very reasonable. I wish I was hungrier when I went so I could have tried the hot food. My tea and cake was a delight. Service was quick and friendly. The place was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend and will most certainly be back.

  • Visited Bradford upon Avon on the way back to our hotel from Bath. Discovered this little gem which apparently was built in 1502. Great ambience and good choice of teas/cake. Friendly staff and prompt service.

  • Beautiful building and the food was nice, though I suspect the cake is bought in. The waitresses were nice and pleasant. However the lady manager (owner?) was a little less welcoming than Basil Fawlty. She mithered and criticised her staff to death throughout service in a horribly public and unprofessional way and grumbled dreadfully at customers every time someone came in and asked for a table, even those who had pre booked. It made the atmosphere so strange and negative I couldn't wait to leave. Why work in a customer facing role if you have the personality and warmth of a stegosaurus with it's bum on fire.

  • Great variety on the menu. Fantastic traditional tea house in the well kept old building. Great value for the very reasonable prices.

  • From outside you'll wonder how the building is still standing which is all part of the charm of The Bridge Tea Rooms. They serve the nicest cream tea we have had anywhere in the South West in what must be one the quaintest and most quintessentially English tearooms you can find anywhere. Brilliant.
